Tal specializes in diverse aspects of real estate, covering all stages. He guides and advises the firm’s clients on combination transactions, sales and purchases of second-hand apartments, real estate taxation, and urban renewal.

Tal supports residential projects for companies, entrepreneurs, private owners, and buying groups. He oversees the entire process from land acquisition to construction completion.

This involves Urban Building Scheme promotions, licensing procedures, performance agreements with contractors and consultants, and accompanying/financing agreements with the funding entity.

Furthermore, Tal represents rights holders in real-estate-related legal proceedings across different courts. He also assists in various planning and construction proceedings.
