Adv. Orit Hizkiyahu

Orit manages a wide spectrum of real estate matters, encompassing real estate law, planning, and construction law within our office.

She guides owner groups through intricate real estate transactions, including sales, performance, and combination agreements, litigation, urban renewal, and multi-owner plan advancement.

Her representation commences with agreement drafting, negotiation with involved parties such as landowners, developers, contractors, government agencies, etc., and overseeing deals to completion.

Orit interned at the Tel Aviv Civil District Attorney’s Office in the commercial department in 2009 and subsequently joined our office as an attorney in 2010.
