Rotem began his career as an intern in our firm and returned to us as a lawyer.

Rotem specializes in real estate law. His experience includes, among other things, handling real estate transactions and drafting sales agreements, combination transactions, contractor agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and buying and selling second-hand apartments.

 He is also knowledgeable in real estate taxation and urban renewal.

Rotem assists private individuals and purchasing groups from the early stages of land acquisition to project completion, including pre-construction processes, guiding through licensing procedures, drafting implementation agreements with contractors and various consultants, and providing legal advice on tax matters.

He accompanies leading real estate companies, offering ongoing legal advice, with a focus on large-scale real estate projects, especially in the field of urban renewal and profitable properties.

In addition, Rotem represents companies and individuals in legal proceedings in various courts related to real estate and various procedures against authorities in the planning and construction field.
