Plan 3700 Northwest Tel Aviv
This outline plan covers approximately 1,900 dunams in northwest Tel Aviv, located between Namir Road to the west, the beach, Propes Street to the north, and the Herzliya municipal border.
The 3700 plan is progressing in two phases. The first phase, which has been in effect since January 2015, encompasses approximately 12,000 residential units, 60,000 square meters of hotels, 147,416 square meters for employment, and 67,738 square meters for commerce, along with public buildings and a beach park. The subsequent step involves detailed plan approvals, dividing the area into five complexes.
These plans specify rights within each complex for residential, commercial, employment, and hotel purposes.
Five detailed plans have been submitted to the local committee for planning and construction in Tel Aviv. The approval of these detailed plans will establish rights for each landowner, enabling the issuance of building permits for each complex (subject to development).
