Complex 17 – Hadera
Our office advocates for companies and private rights holders regarding a construction complex located in the southern part of Hadera, near the Brandis neighborhood and Highway 9. We are closely involved in representing almost half of the complex.
As part of our representation, we facilitated a detailed plan for a land area of approximately 250 dunams. The plan entails constructing approximately 1,700 employment and commercial units, public buildings, and green spaces. Notably, this plan grants significantly enhanced rights compared to the original proposal.
The approved plan encompasses consolidation and division charts, alongside designated allocations to specific lot owners. Currently, our focus lies on the developmental phase, including addressing associated levies. Contracts with developers/companies are imminent to activate rights and advance construction on the land.
