Complex 1000 Rishon LeZion

The Alef complex plan in Rishon LeZion covers an area of 1000 dunams in the western part of the city, comprising three complexes, each exceeding 300 dunams. One of these complexes is exclusively owned by the municipality of Rishon Lezion, while the other two are jointly owned by various companies and private owners

The plan encompasses the development of thousands of units and over a million square meters for employment and commercial purposes.

Our office has represented hundreds of complex owners. We’ve guided them through the process of obtaining city building plan approvals and the division procedures, during which plots were allocated among rights holders.

Additionally, we’ve facilitated the formation of shared agreements among owners to optimize their rights exercise on their lots.

We’ve executed various types of transactions, including combination deals involving different companies, sales and construction agreements, spanning both residential and commercial areas.
