General

We strive to provide the maximum user experience on our website for all audiences, including individuals with disabilities. We have invested considerable efforts to enable, facilitate, and streamline website usage, emphasizing the needs of this audience. Accessibility adjustments on our website have been made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Regulations for Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013, Israeli Standard 5568 based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and in compliance with changes and adjustments made in the Israeli standard (“the Standard”).

Accessibility adjustments have been made at the AA level and have been tested for the highest compatibility for Chrome browsers. The website provides semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the standard keyboard navigation using arrow keys, Enter, and Esc for menu navigation and window closure. The site is optimized for display on common browsers and for use on mobile phones. For the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA.

Accessibility Arrangements in the Office

The office is located in the LYFE Tower of Ashdar Properties at 5 Hayakon Street, Bnei Brak, on the 19th floor.

Our goal is to provide every client with inclusive and accessible service. The office is located in a building accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and Amendment No. 2 to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 2005. The current accessibility arrangements in the office are as follows:

The office is located on the 19th floor with access via accessible elevators.

The building’s parking includes 8 high-car parking spaces for the disabled and nine regular disabled parking spaces.

There is a clear access path from the parking through the entrance to the reception area and to the service reception (including elevators).

The office entrance and service desk are accessible.

Accessible services for the disabled are available in the building’s lobby and on various floors.

Hearing loop aids have been installed for the hearing impaired.

Identification and direction signs are available.

Entry to the reception area is permitted for the service animal intended to assist a person with disabilities.

If necessary, representatives at the service desk can be approached for assistance.

Accessible Customer Service

Employee training for accessible service – Training sessions are held to familiarize employees with the accessibility field, raise awareness among employees, and acquire practical tools for providing accessible service.

Accessible telephone hotline – The voice response system is accessible so that information is conveyed clearly and without background music.
