Moshe Shoob
The late Moshe Shoob, a pioneering expert in real estate law, established Shoob Law Offices in 1957. The firm, a prominent leader in Israel’s real estate, planning, and construction sectors, caters to both public and private real estate and construction entities, entrepreneurs, private landowners, various corporations, and numerous private clients.
Throughout its operational history, the late Attorney Moshe Shoob played a pivotal role in resolving crucial legal matters in the real estate field, setting legal precedents, and achieving breakthroughs in representing landowners and entrepreneurs before diverse authorities.
Adv. Moshe Shoob notably served as one of the six court-appointed administrators for an expansive area exceeding 1000 dunams in northwest Tel Aviv, commonly referred to as the “Great Block.” Additionally, he was jointly appointed by the court, along with attorney Yossi Segev, to manage the Pi Galilot complex, encompassing thousands of housing units across Tel Aviv and Ramat Hasharon.
